Who are you?
You are degree educated in a STEM subject, and have worked in an engineering environment previously, ideally in the battery storage or energy sector. Being a self-motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager you truly value continual professional development. With strong values, you will be excited to contribute to the fight against climate change.

* Excellent communication skills, working with colleagues at all levels of seniority
* A strong sense of personal responsibility and take pride in a job well done
* Strong understanding of the UK regulatory and HSE regulations and compliance framework
* The ability to juggle multiple deadlines simultaneously, and prioritise tasks accordingly
* Strong skills in handling large budgets, and making defensible budgetary decisions
* Most importantly you believe that great outcomes are the inevitable outcome of collective hard work.
What will you be doing?
* Taking responsibility for Battery Energy Storage System projects end to end, planning, designing, and implementing relevant projects
* Developing and maintaining relationships with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders built on trust and mutual benefit
* Identifying issues across technical, commercial, and programme areas, also being instrumental in the development of resolutions
* Assisting in designing and implementing strong feedback loops into project design, safety processes, and monitoring and controls systems.
* Sharing your knowledge with the wider team to ensure best practice is shared

* The next stage is an in-person interview with a team leader and senior management, we may ask you to prepare something for this one too
