The Opportunity:
This hybrid role provides the perfect balance of office collaboration and remote flexibility. It’s an ideal opportunity for a Senior Audit Manager, Audit Director, or current Partner looking to take the next step into a Partnership/RI role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Leadership: Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, providing expert advice to owner-managers on both business and personal matters. Become a trusted advisor who adds value to clients’ businesses.
* Revenue Growth: Drive growth by expanding existing service offerings and identifying new opportunities. Demonstrate commercial judgment and broad business thinking to deliver exceptional results.
* Cross-Selling & Marketing: Work closely with internal teams to create and implement marketing strategies that leverage cross-selling opportunities, ensuring you maximize the full range of services the firm offers.
* Client Engagement: Oversee all aspects of client relationships, ensuring the efficient allocation of work and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
* Audit Management: Lead the end-to-end audit process, managing budgets and timelines. You’ll ideally serve as Responsible Individual (RI) for clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: You are likely a Senior Audit Manager, RI, Audit Director, or current Partner with substantial experience managing large client portfolios and leading audit teams.
* Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of IFRS/UK GAAP with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and make informed decisions.
* Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification.
* Leadership Skills: A proven ability to lead teams, build client relationships, and provide strategic insights to solve problems.
* Communication: Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact at senior levels with both clients and colleagues.
