About the Role
As StackOne scales quickly, we need a detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of everything, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while enabling our senior leaders to focus on strategic decisions and driving growth.
You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and providing administrative support that allows our leadership team to perform at their best. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll be expected to think on your feet, anticipate needs, and contribute to a collaborative, efficient working environment.
Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and growing company where you’ll play a key role in StackOne’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
* Calendar & Scheduling Management: Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, ensuring that priorities are met and time is used efficiently.
* Communication Support: Handle communications on behalf of the leadership team, including emails, phone calls, and external correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
* Office Management: Oversee office supplies and ensure the work environment is organised and productive.
* Travel Coordination: Plan and organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring smooth logistics for both domestic and international travel.
* Event Coordination: Organise internal and external events, including team offsites, leadership meetings, and client events, ensuring all logistical details are handled seamlessly.
* Document & Report Preparation: Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Project Management Support: Provide administrative support on key projects, including tracking progress, preparing materials, and following up on action items.
* Team Liaison: Act as a liaison between leadership and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and facilitating collaboration across teams.
About You
* Proven Experience: You have 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Exceptional Organisational Skills: You have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
* Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for detail and are committed to delivering high-quality, accurate work at all times.
* Strong Communication: You have superb written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable liaising with senior executives, clients, and external partners.
* Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools, with the ability to quickly pick up new technologies.
* Discreet and Professional: You are trustworthy with confidential information and understand the importance of professionalism in a fast-paced business environment.
* Proactive Problem Solver: You have a proactive mindset, anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits
* Up to £55k depending on experience.
