RG Consultancy is currently working with an excellent business, who are looking to recruit an accounts assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. They are based in Bury and will require the chosen candidate to complete the following duties:
Duties include:
1. Bank reconciliations
2. Processing purchase invoices
3. Matching and coding invoices
4. Checking nominal codes
5. Processing expenses
6. Dealing with any supplier queries
7. Supplier statements
8. Chasing payments via telephone, email and letter
9. Opening new customer accounts
10. Performing credit checks
11. Setting credit limits
12. Resolving customer queries
