Team/Role Overview
HR Partnership & Delivery sits at the center of Citi’s HR business solutions. This newly created team's proposition is to provide guidance and coaching to managers on all employee life-cycle processes, solving day to day HR needs for employees by leveraging technology to provide simple and effective employee-focused processes. The HR Project Senior Analyst role is a seasoned professional role reporting to PMO Manager. The overall objective of the role is to support the Process Re-engineering team delivery of key projects and initiatives impacting our global processes.
What you’ll do
* Oversee the delivery of projects/initiatives focused on HR global processes.
* Ensure creation and maintenance of project plan, project charter, RASCI, central project issue log, and other project documentation.
* Coordinate working meetings and feedback sessions and maintain robust meeting documentation.
* Ensure resources are assigned to projects & monitor commitment.
* Disseminate required information ahead of all project meetings including agenda, featured materials, action/decisions required, etc.
* Identify, document, and understand project dependencies.
* Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.
* Establish project communication needs, create project communication plan and participate in the delivery of internal communications.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to clarify any misinterpretation as required.
* Provide feedback to Project Management leadership regarding risk issues/unexpected delays and propose solutions.
* Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.
* Have the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
* Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
* Create executive-level presentations for: projects being managed, team townhall presentations, global HR townhalls.
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
What we’ll need from you
* Project management experience preferably focused on process changes in the HR environment with experience in creating executive presentations.
* Excellent communication skills with the capability to influence key stakeholders.
* Intermediate to expert level PowerPoint presentation skills.
* Knowledge of HR policies and procedures preferred.
* Outstanding problem-solver, demonstrating a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
* Ability to operate within and utilise structured project management techniques.
* Experience of delivering change management activities.
* Demonstrate multi-tasking ability and a consistent record of stakeholder delivery and support.
* Experience of navigating complex organisational structures.
* Ability to use reporting tools and Excel to analyse and interpret complex data sets.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint.
* Microsoft Office Visio experience preferred.
* Proven track record of delivery in a complex professional services organization - preferably in an HR discipline.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
Education
* Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
