MAIN MISSIONS
Within the Trust & Ethics Department, you will report directly to the Markets Quality Director. You will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end quality of Bel products in Northern Europe countries, according to the objectives defined by the Group:
1. Complement End to end quality coordination from plant to stores during products’ transport, storage, and distribution.
2. Co-manufacturing (Subcontractors) Quality Management
As such, your mission will include the following:
3. Lead at cluster level the market Quality & Food Safety roadmap realization with all stakeholders
4. Improve quality and food safety during transport, storage, distribution and in market.
5. Lead and support Quality complaints, incidents and crisis investigation and ensure actions with plants, quality directors and other stakeholders.
6. Build and enhance Quality & Food Safety capabilities through trainings, audits, risk assessment, best practices, and action plans implementation.
7. Be the voice of quality and work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain and cluster management to support business plans, new projects to ensure best consumer experience.
8. Lead the regular KPI’s quality reporting and review with cluster management.
9. Raise the quality, food safety and risk culture awareness through defined action plans.
10. Co-manufacturing, co-branding, and other external quality management at different stages (audits, approval, product development, reporting, quality reviews, continuous improvement...)
11. Guaranty the implementation of quality systems across the downstream supply Chain and in markets (EQC / freshness monitoring, audits, traceability, complaint management, etc.)
12. Support tracking of NQC (non-quality cost) and propose action plan for reduction.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
With a degree in engineering, food science or chemistry, you have at least 8 years' experience, ideally in FMCG within quality and/or relevant roles.
You have a good knowledge of food industry, quality management systems and improvement tools.
You are recognized for your communication skills, leadership and persuasiveness.
Strong stakeholders and transversal management skills
You can analyze risks and prioritize action plans.
Your English is fluent, and you speak a second language if possible (French notably)
