About Role:
* Processing purchase invoices for suppliers and subcontractors
* Liaising with Contracts Team to ensure timely invoice approval
* Processing mid-month and month-end payment runs
* Entering payments onto accounting software
* CIS submissions to HMRC
* Month-end processes i.e., reconciling supplier accounts
* General accounts admin
* Answering calls to the business and assisting clients and suppliers as required
* Filing all approved & issued invoices electronically
Candidate Profile:
* Previous accounts and administration experience
* Competent IT skills in Sage, Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Attention to detail & self-driven
* Ability to work as part of a team and individually
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Must be able to multitask and be proactive
* Excellent organisational skills
* SAGE 200 experience
* SAGE 200 construction experience would be an advantage but not essential
AAT would be beneficial.
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday (one hour lunch)
