Role Description: Sales & Partnerships Manager Our client specialises in designing, owning, and operating residential, flexible living, and hotel assets. Their mission is to improve the lives of today's global rental generation through a flexible, tech-enabled, and community-centred living experience.They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Manage existing tenants’ extensions and contract renewals, as well as assist Sales team with B2C lead management as required. Process administrative tasks such as contract processing, PMS management, team email monitoring, etc. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the footprint in the residential, flexible living, and hotel asset industry. Conduct cold outreach to potential partners, including global mobility and HR departments, to pitch the company services and establish new partnerships. Manage and nurture existing B2B partnerships, ensuring their accommodation requests are met and exploring opportunities to upsell services and expand collaboration. Utilise Pipedrive CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, partnership interactions, and account management tasks. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure a seamless partner experience. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build professional relationships and promote the company services. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. A natural sales talent, with a hunger for achieving goals and a proactive approach to business development. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Basic understanding of CRM systems; experience with Pipedrive is a bonus, but not required. Basic understanding of Property Management Systems; experience managing inbound reservations for long-term accommodation is a bonus, but not essential. Interest or experience in the real estate, hospitality, or related industries is advantageous, but not necessary. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Language Requirements: English: Proficiency required, as it is the primary language of communication within the company and with international partners. Spanish: Considered a bonus for future expansions into Spanish-speaking regions. Italian and/or Portuguese: Additional third language proficiency in either language is considered a bonus, enhancing our ability to interact with a broader array of global partners.
