This full-time position offers the chance to join a market-leading team managing a diverse portfolio of properties. Were looking for someone enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn, ready to provide exceptional support to tenants and landlords alike. The Role: Support the team in handling customer queries, scheduling viewings, and completing essential administrative tasks. Assist with property viewings, inspections, and tenancy check-offs. Help coordinate with contractors for repairs and ensure compliance with fire safety and gas check regulations. Learn to assist with tenancy sign-ups, deposit management, and tenant enquiries. Collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold high standards and deliver excellent service. Flexibility required during busy periods, especially around the end of July and the start of September, when additional hours may be necessary. What Were Looking For: A keen interest in property management and a willingness to learn. A clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. A proactive, professional, and approachable individual with a desire to develop in the role. Whats on Offer: Salary: £24,000 - £26,000, depending on experience. Standard work hours: 9 AM 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
