We are looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to lead our Little Bears Room.

About the Role:
As the Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities in your designated room, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging atmosphere for our children. You will work closely with our team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education while promoting our values in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team of early years educators to deliver outstanding care and educational experiences.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration and development, aligning with our “Great Adventures” philosophy.
* Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff based on our value of “Big Hearts.”
* Ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes learning and growth, embracing “Open Minds” to diverse perspectives and ideas.
* Monitor children’s progress and well-being and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with nursery policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to support each child’s individual needs.
What We’re Looking For:
* A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery or similar setting.
* A passion for working with children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Creativity and initiative in planning engaging activities and experiences for children.
