The role involves supporting, installing, configuring and maintaining IT networks, Windows Server and Desktop technical environments, troubleshooting and resolving IT problems, and project-based work including IT deployments, migrations and upgrades. Key skills include Windows Server, Office 365, MS Exchange, DNS/DCHP, routers, switches, VPN configuration, firewalls, SharePoint, Azure AD.
