Our client is a global organisation in a dynamic, impactful industry – they are looking for a trusted Executive Assistant with high EQ and IQ to provide true right-hand support. (4 days in office/1 wfh)
What you’ll be doing day to day :
* Managing and monitoring busy inboxes
* Full diary management coordinating internal and external meetings in person and online across multiple time zones
* Managing schedules, itineraries and travel
* Escalating and delegating review of documents in preparation for meetings
* Working with stakeholders to coordinate speaking engagements and media interviews often at short notice
* Event logistics for speaker events
* Coordination across the Senior Management Team Meetings, board and client meetings
* Working with the Board to produce agendas, minutes, and actions
* Liaising with institutional investors
* Initiating and coordinating internal social events and employee engagement
* Helping to manage the office
* Supporting international senior staff during visits to the London office
The skills you need to bring:
* Experience as an Executive Assistant at C-suite
* Experience managing complex schedules over different time zones
* Strong academic background
* Confidence to introduce own processes
* A true team player approach
* Excellent MS office skills
* A positive mindset and friendly manner
* Ability to engage easily at all levels
* A curious mind
* Proactive approach thinking ahead
