A role at Club L is more than a job; it’s a lifestyle for the innovative, inspired, and intuitive thinker.
The Role
Club L London is a luxury fashion brand known for its statement occasion wear, impeccable fit, and trend-driven designs. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Stylist to bring our vision to life through expert styling and seamless shoot execution.
As a Stylist at Club L London, you will be responsible for curating and executing premium high-impact looks for our global campaigns, e-commerce shoots, and social content. You will also oversee the styling process on set and locations from pre-shoot preparation, on-shoot styling to post-shoot wrap-up, ensuring every detail aligns with the brand’s aesthetic. This role requires a highly organised and experienced individual with an eye for detail and a passion for luxury styling, with experience on fast-paced sets and locations.
Responsibilities
* Creative Direction & Styling: Develop and execute stunning looks that align with the Club L London aesthetic across all shoots, aligning with a wide-ranging, culturally diverse customer base.
* Glam Briefs: Create detailed makeup and hair briefs for MUAs and hairstylists to ensure a cohesive, polished final look.
* Shoot Preparation & Execution: Pack, unpack, and meticulously prep all samples pre- and post-shoot, ensuring they are shoot-ready.
* Props & Accessories Management: Source, order, and return styling props, equipment, and accessories while maintaining a thorough inventory as well as reaching out to accessories brands for loans and press pieces.
* Styling Kit and Prop Management: Own and maintain a fully stocked styling kit, ensuring all necessary tools and accessories are on set. Maintain the inventory for styling and accessories, booking pieces in and out for shoots and ensuring they are cleaned, returned, and maintained thereafter.
* Sample Coordination: Track, organise, and care for all samples, ensuring they are steamed and pressed on set and returned in pristine condition. Own the end-to-end management of post-shoot sample return, cleaning, and refreshing. Own the order of all ‘stock orders’ and returns for shoots.
* On-Set Styling: Ensure all styling packs and tool kits are available and that looks are perfectly executed, adjusted, and maintained throughout the shoot across e-commerce, campaign, and content, feeding back to design with any fit or quality issues.
* Talent Management: Excellence in talent and time management on set as well as good rapport with a range of global talent to ensure they are comfortable on set.
* Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with photographers, creative directors, MUAs, and hairstylists to bring the brand’s vision to life. Communicate with the in-house team including customer services and the e-commerce team to ensure key USPs around styles, design, and production are portrayed through all brand and customer touch points.
* Trend & Competitor Research: Stay ahead of industry trends to keep styling fresh and relevant, analysing competitor campaigns for inspiration.
* Reporting: Analyse data and feed back to the team on key successes per collection and locale.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven track record as a fashion stylist, preferably within a luxury or fast-fashion brand. Must have strong e-commerce experience and a trained critical eye for silhouette, shape, and detail.
* Attention to Detail: Strong eye for colour, fabric, and fit, ensuring every look is flawless.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage styling inventory, shoot schedules, and product returns with precision.
* Creativity & Trend Awareness: Passion for fashion and an ability to forecast and execute on-trend looks.
* Adaptability & Proactiveness: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve on the go, and anticipate styling needs.
* Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate creative direction and collaborate with multiple teams. A motivational and charismatic persona to ensure all global talent is upbeat and looked after on set.
