This position can be offered on a part tome basis (salary pro - rata) Responsibilities Identify relevant sponsorship opportunities, manage and negotiate deals for industry events Oversee the planning and execution of sponsorship campaigns and events, ensuring brand visibility and engagement Develop and execute media outreach strategies to increase visibility in industry publications, both digital and print. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that promote the company's services. Manage our social media platform Create marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and adverts in line with the company's brand framework Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and project timelines. Performance manage our Junior Marketing Executive Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, with a focus the rural or construction sector preferable Proven track record in managing sponsorships, networking initiatives, and media outreach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, analytics tools). Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
