Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at Outcomes First Group. This role will involve clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver assessments and intervention plans for students with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for students with autism and other neurodivergent conditions.
* Hold a therapy caseload with the support of our clinical network and contribute to staff training and consultation.
* Support the integration of the service into daily operations and implement the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy at all levels.
Requirements
* A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
* Experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
* A valid full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
