Country Manager / Sales Director - Warehouse Automation - United Kingdom
Our client is a well-established, highly-successful Automation equipment provider from the intralogistics/material handling space.
They operate across a multitude of industry-verticals, including 3PL, manufacturing and e-commerce (among others). Their equipment/automated solutions are sold direct to end customers (like DHL and Nike) and via a channel partnership network of System Integrators.
In this role, you will lead the UK subsidiary to plan and execute a go-to-market strategy in the region with a view of expanding into new segments. Simultaneously, you'll continue to develop the partnerships with SI's
The role is sat at the intersection of 'strategy' and 'hands-on' commercial activities. You will have the full support of colleagues in Europe and play a vital role building the UK entity as the role evolves.
Responsibilities
* Business development and Sales
* Define and execute the market expansion / go-to-market strategy in the UK
* Grow and strengthen partnerships channel partners / System integrators from the material handling/intralogistics automation space
* General management of the UK subsidiary with P&L responsibilities.
About you
* Prior Commercial experience in intralogistics, material handling or warehouse automation
* Existing knowledge of the System Integrator players
* At least 5 years of sales experience
