Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and professional team on a self-employed, freelance basis. This role is instrumental in helping us achieve our goal of providing exceptional, tailored occupational health services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage approximately 2 OH referrals per week, focusing largely on prolonged sickness absence caseloads.
* Conduct assessments through remote video consultations.
* Utilise our standardised OH templates for assessments to ensure consistency and quality.
* Liaise with our secretarial team for report typing and administrative support.
* Complete assessments within a 14-day period from the date of referral.
Requirements:
* Certified Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner with relevant experience.
* Must have a clean DBS check.
* Appropriate indemnity cover.
* Registered as self-employed.
* Proficient in remote consultation and assessment processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with a high degree of professionalism.
