Human Resources Department Starting salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) Duration: non-time limited position About the Role: Are you highly organised? An effective communicator? Experienced in recruitment activities? We are currently looking for an in-house Recruitment Officer to join the recruitment team at Cancer Research UK Manchester Institute. You will support and coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process from adverts through to appointment by providing a high quality, comprehensive and proactive recruitment support service to the Institute’s hiring managers, ensuring all deadlines and service levels are met. In addition, you will provide a comprehensive on-boarding Induction for new recruits, including right to work checks. The recruitment team sits within the Human Resources Department. This role is focused on being a visible and operational support to the Institute. About you: You should be educated to degree level in HR management, recruitment or a business-related subject (or equivalent relevant experience) or CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management, along with previous experience working in a recruitment role, and a high level of attention to detail. Experience of working in an environment dealing with highly confidential, sensitive information is essential. You will have experience of the Home Office’s Right to Work and UK Immigration Points Based Tier System.
