About the role:
Teach Now is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term position in Barking & Dagenham, starting February 2025. You will support students with mild to moderate SEN needs, including ADHD and ASD, across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This role involves providing tailored support to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

SEN TA Requirements:
• Previous experience working with SEN, particularly ADHD and ASD.
• Passion for supporting children in an inclusive learning environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications (TA qualification or similar experience).
• Proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities: As an SEN TA, you will:
• Support students with SEN in 1:1 and small group settings.
• Assist with delivering individualised learning programmes.
• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment
.• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Promote students' emotional, social, and academic development.
