Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to individuals and businesses.
* Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and other relevant forums.
* Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, settlement agreements, and workplace policies.
* Handle cases involving workplace disputes, discrimination, redundancy and whistleblowing.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 3 years of PQE in employment law.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and tribunal procedures.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
* Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
