Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and other relevant forums. Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, settlement agreements, and workplace policies. Handle cases involving workplace disputes, discrimination, redundancy and whistleblowing. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 3 years of PQE in employment law. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and tribunal procedures. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
