Job description About the Care Manager role: We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated and experienced Care Manager to lead our Homecare team, and strategically drive the business forward, ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Senior care, leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams effectively. As a Care manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and motivate a team, while ensuring the service delivery that's in line with ‘ CQC ’ standards. Responsibilities include: Overseeing the daily operations of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Develop, implement, and review person centred care plans tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional service delivery. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client's needs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate medical care and support services. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and organisational policies. Ensure effective communication with clients and their families regarding their care and progress. Managing growth and business development. Participation in – ‘on call’ service on Rota basis. Covering Home Care visits as business requires. What we’re looking for in our Care Manager: Knowledge of ' CQC' standards and safeguarding Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing care plans. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients, families, and staff. Compassionate approach towards all our clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions. Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism. A full UK driver's license, own vehicle, and flexible availability is essential.
