Join Our Team as a Senior Administrator Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can make a difference across multiple departments? We're looking for an experienced Senior Administrator who can join our team and play a key role in providing essential support to ensure our operations run smoothly. As a Senior Administrator, you’ll be integral to the daily workings of the organisation, offering both administrative and customer service support. You’ll work alongside our teams to deliver excellent customer service and manage key responsibilities with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Be the Main Point of Contact by answering incoming calls and relaying messages. Efficiently manage Emails, monitoring inboxes and responding promptly to queries. Take charge of Fleet Administration and ensure the smooth running of vehicle-related processes. Manage Contractor Applications from processing to reporting. Coordinate Internal Events (meeting rooms, catering, training). Arrange Travel & Accommodation for staff. Support Facility Management across multiple buildings. Organise and manage External Events and hospitality bookings. Take Meeting Minutes at key monthly meetings. Provide General Administrative Support to all departments and teams. Assist with Project Support and ad-hoc requests. Additionally, you’ll be expected to cover for colleagues during busy periods or absence, assisting with tasks like CPD Training Administration, Reception Duties, Supply Management, and Mail Handling. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: GCSEs in English (A-C), NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (preferred). Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, with strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. :Skills Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and typing. Ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks under pressure. A keen eye for detail and precision in your work. A reliable and proactive team player who communicates well with others. Additional Requirements: Must hold a full UK driving license, have access to a reliable vehicle, and be willing to travel.
