An excellent opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Private Client Senior Associate to join an established and respected law firm based in the North West, with seven offices across Lancashire and Manchester. In this key role, you'll handle a diverse caseload and mentor emerging talent in the industry, ensuring the firm's continuing reputation for excellence. You'll be servicing a mix of local clients and some high-net-worth clientele, a setting that promises varied and engaging work.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse caseload related to probate, wills, trusts, estate/tax planning, court of protection, and lasting powers of attorney matters.
2. Mentor and supervise junior team members.
3. Maintain and enhance the firm's reputation for excellence in private client law.
Qualifications:
1. Practising solicitor with at least 7 years PQE.
2. Comprehensive understanding of private client matters.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.
