As a Compliance Executive specialising in License Administration and Regulatory Reporting, your primary responsibility will be to ensure adherence to licensing requirements and facilitate accurate and timely regulatory reporting. You will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
1. License Administration:
o Manage the company's licensing portfolio and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and licensing requirements.
o Monitor license renewal deadlines and initiate the renewal process in a timely manner.
o Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information for license applications and renewals.
o Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to interpret licensing requirements and ensure adherence.
2. Regulatory Reporting:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive regulatory reporting framework that aligns with applicable laws and regulations.
o Collect, analyze, and validate data to prepare accurate and timely regulatory reports.
o Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the availability of necessary data and information for reporting purposes.
o Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and update reporting processes accordingly.
o Coordinate with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries or requests for information related to regulatory reporting.
3. Compliance Support:
o With the support of Compliance Manager and Head of Compliance perform periodic assurance over key regulatory controls.
o Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding license-related matters and regulatory reporting requirements.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of appropriate controls and processes related to license administration and reporting.
o Assist in compliance training programs to educate employees about licensing obligations and reporting procedures.
o Participate in compliance-related projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in license administration, regulatory reporting, or a similar compliance role is strongly preferred.
* Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and licensing requirements.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data sets.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using relevant software applications and tools for data analysis and reporting.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
