Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
* Advocate for employees' rights and interests in employment law matters.
* Provide expert advice on employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employee rights.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve employment disputes and negotiate settlements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years PQE in employment law.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including relevant legislation and case law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
