Customer Support Advisor PPG Position Summary We now have an exciting permanent vacancy for a Customer Support Advisor within our Architectural Coatings division, based in our Carrickfergus Office. We’re looking for a customer focused individual to join our friendly and supportive team. You’ll need excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a proven track record of delivering brilliant customer service. You’ll have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience of working in an administrative or retail environment would be desirable but not essential. To find out more about PPG, visit https://www.ppgpeople.com/the-ppg-way A day in the life of… As a Customer Support Advisor, your responsibilities will include: Entering customer orders, pricing and credits in a timely, accurate and efficient manner Investigating and responding to all customer queries, enquiries or complaints Providing key support to sales representatives and all other areas of the business Taking an active role in telesales events Building exceptional relationships with customers Gaining a thorough knowledge of all PPG and 3rd party products, and the competitive environment in which PPG operates Ensuring you are up to date with promotional activity at all times The hours of work for the position are 35.25 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 4.30pm), and Friday (8.30am to 3.30pm).
