Your key responsibilities as a Client Success Manager will include: Accompanying our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products. Focusing on customer loyalty and building close long-term relationships. Proactively looking out for our customers’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with our products. Keeping up to date with our range of products and our customers’ business needs to make relevant suggestions and recommendations. Monitoring and ensuring our customers consistently use our products and services to get the most value out of them. Coordinating with internal teams to connect our customers’ needs with our products and services development strategy. You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Success Manager: You should have a background within the fund industry, ideally with experience of the asset management, wealth or advisory sector and/or B2B customer success/client relationship experience. You should have the ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade. You must possess strong relationship-building skills. You must be resilient and able to navigate challenges effectively. You must have strong analytical skills and a good level of proficiency in Excel (part of the MS Office suite).
