Business Teacher (Maternity Cover) – Part-Time Position - Waltham Forest Location: East London Contract Duration: June 2025 – June 2026 Working Days: 3 days per week Salary: Outer London - MPS/UPS Role Overview: Smart Teachers are working in partnership with a 11-16 mainstream secondary school who are seeking a dedicated and qualified Business Teacher to cover a maternity leave from June 2025 to June 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Business Studies up to Key Stage 4, inspiring students to achieve their best. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Business Studies to GCSE and A-Level students. Plan and prepare schemes of work in line with curriculum objectives. Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students. Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum and resources. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE and A-Level. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies.
