My client, a well-established and successful estate agency, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team based in their Camberley branch as a Senior Sales Manager.

Our clients are offering the successful Senior Sales Manager the following:
1. up to £27,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)
2. £50,000 OTE

Key duties of a Senior Sales Manager will include the following, but will not be limited to:
6. Conducting morning meetings
7. Setting team KPIs
8. Providing ongoing team support
9. Being a key contact for Customers
10. Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
11. Maximising income profit and growth revenues
12. Develop long-standing working relationships with clients
13. Manage the performance of employees via meetings, and regular 121’s
14. Meeting/ exceeding personal and business targets
15. Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
Requirements for the Senior Sales Manager will include:
16. Full UK Driver’s license & own vehicle required
17. Previous experience in Property at a management level
18. Strong proven sales record
19. A proactive and positive approach to business generation, leading by example
20. Results-driven individual
21. Excellent ability to build rapport and exceptional customer service skills
22. Motivated to exceed targets
23. Using initiative to increase market growth
24. Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when buying and selling a property
