We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Leeds. This role offers the chance to develop a strong client and candidate base across Leeds and surrounding areas, with a focus on delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Full 360 recruitment role, placing temporary or permanent workers in the Road Haulage, Industrial, and Distribution sectors
Proactive business development, including sales and cold calling, to win new clients
Arrange and attend client meetings (both online and face-to-face)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs
Manage client accounts to ensure high service levels and satisfaction
Write and post job adverts across online job boards and social platforms to attract top talent
Source, screen, interview, and reference check candidates
Match suitable candidates to client vacancies
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
Participate in a rotating on-call schedulePerson Specification:
Demonstrable success in business development and sales
Strong account management experience
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Confident communicator with the ability to sell at all levels
Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Articulate, enthusiastic, and professional in approach
Strong communication and administration skills
