We require an experienced administrator to work in our Service Department for our medical servicing and supplies business in Horsham to work full time (Monday to Friday).
Based at our office in Foundry Lane, the successful applicant will need to be experienced in administration, highly organized with an excellent telephone manner and good geographic knowledge of the United Kingdom. Computer literacy is essential, along with a keen eye for detail. A technical or service background is an advantage, though not essential.
The role will involve all aspects of service administration for our busy Service Dept.
Duties:
- Booking service/repair jobs for Field Engineers whilst liaising with our logistics manager regarding deliveries
- Providing quotations for service/repair
- Liaising/updating engineers in the workshop and field
- Chasing up existing service customers and following up on previous machine sales proactively for their annual service
- Invoicing when the jobs are complete, or sending proforma invoices for non-credit account holders
- Dealing with customer enquiries relating to service/repair and where necessary liaising with our workshop or field team.
