They are currently seeking a Technical Internal Sales professional to join their growing team. As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking sales team, you will play a key role in driving business growth across Europe by identifying new opportunities and developing strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Proactively follow up on inbound leads to understand customer needs and generate new sales opportunities. Research and pre-qualify potential customers, adding them to the pipeline and connecting them with the appropriate sales expert when necessary. Engage with potential customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a high-quality experience that sets the company apart from competitors. Identify and develop potential customers aligned with the company’s existing client base. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads from initial contact through to closing. Present the company’s products and capabilities through multiple platforms such as calls, webinars, and emails. Build and nurture relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize lead generation and conversion. Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness. Essential Skills & Attributes: Highly motivated and proactive self-starter. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (a second European language is preferred). Basic technical understanding to assist with product selection and application. Excellent teamwork, customer service, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to research and identify target customers, open doors, and establish valuable connections. Resilient and determined, able to handle challenges and rejections professionally. Confident using multiple communication platforms, including email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Teams. Strong numerical skills, with the ability to calculate discounts, commissions, and percentages.
