This firm covers all aspects of Real Estate law including transactional, property litigation, planning and environmental with due diligence support. The successful candidate will have a repertoire of a book of work from the following areas:
* Sales, purchases, leases, development, joint ventures, construction and asset management.
* Title reviews, corporate and construction support work, reports on title and leases.
* Breach of lease covenants, service charges, dilapidations, boundary disputes, landlord and tenant business tenancies/notices
* Planning compliance breaches, environmental due diligence in acquisitions and sales, lawful development certificates, planning agreements and permissions.
This position offers full autonomy on your work, with the firm offering support throughout on review of your hourly rate to benefit both you and the firm. The firm has support from other departments, and is very social, with over c.70 events a year to make sure that the successful candidate feels a part of the team/wider firm.
