The Head of Post-Production will oversee all aspects of the post-production process, ensuring all content is delivered on time and meets creative and technical standards., · Lead, mentor, and manage a team of editors, sound engineers, and Motion Graphic Designers across multiple locations in the UK
· Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes for dynamic post-production department across multiple locations.
· Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
· Foster a collaborative and creative working environment.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or creative issues that arise during post-production.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest technology, innovations and software.
· Implement and maintain industry-standard post-production tools and systems.
· Ensure all post-production work meets technical standards and specifications.
· Oversee the management of the storage and archiving of all post-production assets
· Support the team through editing/motion graphics on projects where suitable.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Post-Production to join the team and lead the post-production department to new heights., This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of post-production workflows, a wealth of technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to achieve the company's goals., · Minimum of 7 years of experience in post-production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Experience working with multiple teams in different locations.
· Expert knowledge of Avid Media Composer, Adobe Creative Suite and Da Vinci Resolve. (Knowledge of Pro Tools and Cinema 4D a bonus).
· Strong understanding of video editing, colour correction, sound design, and VFX workflows.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
· Strong attention to detail and established creative identity.
· Strong communication, organisation, administrative and time management skills.
· Must have a willingness to work long hours as needed, often under pressure.

We are looking for candidates who are already working in a "Head of Post Production" position and are either looking for a small step up or side step level wise. You will have managed teams of 8+ people (direct line manager) in previous role/s.

Please note this role is working Full-Time on site 5 days a week (no remote)
Working hours: 9.00-18:00 (Monday - Friday incl. 1hr lunch)
Equal time will be spent at studios in both Central London and North-West London (Hertfordshire) with occasional travel to Leeds studio.
