We deliver innovative, award-winning services to the public and private sectors and our mission is to make people and places the best they can be.This role sits within our Public Sector FM business division that provides Cleaning, Catering, Facilities Management, Hard Services, Pest Control and Security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Healthcare and Education market.About The Role: Days of Working: Monday to Friday (based upon business requirements) Shift Pattern: 08:00am- 16:30pm We are looking to recruit a contract manager for a soft services facilities management contract in Ilford. This is to manage an existing team where we provide cleaning, catering, window cleaning, pest control and other associated services. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Oversee the delivery of cleaning, portering, materials management, pest control, patient catering, retail catering and window cleaning at a consistently elevated level that meets contractual requirements. Actively manage contractors and suppliers to ensure that they perform at the required level as part of an integrated service delivery. Identify, mitigate and control risks by taking a risk-based approach to the management of Service Parameters and contracted operational compliance, identifying control measures and monitoring required actions. Identify areas of non-compliance or elevated risk of failure, planning and monitoring remedial actions within agreed timeframes and to agreed action plans. Actively manage service monitoring by owning the performance parameter monitoring process, plan and monitor corrective actions as required, working to minimise deduction risk. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Must have Right to Work in the UK An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate. Educated to degree standard. Membership of applicable professional organisation e.g. IWFM, BICSc. Proven track record of direct management of Soft Services operations. Experience of P&L operational accountability. Excellent PC skills with full Microsoft office knowledge.
