Our busy company is looking to hire an experienced property management bookkeeper to assist us in managing all financial transactions, including monthly financial preparation, client interaction, communication with our property managers, general ledger journal entries, and overall handling of the financials for a portfolio of our condominium associations. Responsibilities
* Implement extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is input into accounting software
* Control the general ledger, and journal entries for accuracy, and prepare balance sheets and financial reports for review
* Update and maintain accurate financial records, contracts, annual budgets, tax reports, and financial statements
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience is preferred.
* Associate’s degree in accounting, or business, or related field is preferred - high school diploma is required
* Exceptional organization, analytical, problem solving, and communications skills are important
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software, such as QuickBooks
Compensation
$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
