Main duties of the job In this role you will: Complete follow up assessments including walk tests, quadriceps strength assessment and sit to stand tests Undertake, and report back on delegated clinical activities that havepreviously been signed competent including managing a maintenance programme Maintain comprehensive and accurate assessment and treatment records in line with legal, departmental and Trust requirements, and communicate assessment and treatment outcomes appropriately in the form of letters and reports Be responsible for regular safety checks of equipment as delegated. To undertake duties on own initiative contributing to the cleanliness, tidiness and maintenance of the department contributing to a high level of hygiene with infection control protocols Effectively communicate with a range of health care professionals, patients and carers, identifying barriers to communication and implementing strategies to overcome these barriers.
