Private Estate Gardener Responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop the estates formal gardens, lawns, and parkland
* Carry out planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching across various areas
* Operate and maintain garden machinery such as mowers, strimmers, and hedge trimmers
* Support the preparation of the grounds for seasonal events and open days
* Monitor plant health and implement appropriate horticultural practices
* Collaborate with the wider estate team to ensure the gardens reflect the estates high standards
