Location:Site 5, Hill Barton Industrial Estate, Exeter
Hours:Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30 with 1 hour lunch
Salary:£13,312 - £23,795.20 per annum

About the Role
We’re looking for aJunior New Car Sales Administratorto provide essential administrative support to our Fleet and Retail teams. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to grow in the motor trade.

Junior New Car Processing Responsibilities:
* Process orders for Fleet and Retail
* Process larger data sets, and manage batch orders
* Provide support and time for the department to avoid costly mistakes
* Manage already increased order volumes
What's required from you?
* Learning Ability: A willingness and ability to develop knowledge of the Motor Trade and enthusiasm to learn.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office software (Excel and Word).
* Communication: Good telephone and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
