Are you an experienced marketer who thrives on driving a team to deliver success using clever tech, hard data and creative flair? We are looking for someone with bags of experience in the digital B2B space to head up our team of marketing specialists and help us drive unparalleled experiences for our commercial clients and our audience of HR leaders. You’ll be responsible for: · Delivering for our clients o You’ll coordinate a team of marketing specialists to deliver complex campaigns on time and on target o You’ll be a major point of contact for clients throughout their journey with us, actively participating in pre-sales, sales, campaign planning and post-campaign conversations o You’ll be using data and martech to continuously refine and improve performance, from optimising landing pages to building high-performance audience segments · Being the face of our brand o You’ll be a key part of our year-round live events programme, ensuring both sponsors and delegates have great experiences at every event we run, whether for 5 delegates or 50 o You’ll work closely with our in-house team and key event sponsors to develop compelling event content that can be delivered in both live and virtual formats. o You’ll work with internal teams to ensure our brand is represented across all touchpoints, in all channels. · Contributing to our commercial success o You’ll generate demand for our marketing solutions with key suppliers to the HR industry, taking influencers and decision-makers in the marketing teams of those accounts on a journey from awareness to purchase. o You’ll coordinate pre-sales activities with our sales team, targeting key areas of the market and creating content and resources to help develop new and existing business. o You’ll continuously look at new ways to position our solutions across channels to help us engage the people we want to be working with. o Sitting on our Senior Leadership Team to turn company strategy into practical delivery. Knowledge & Experience · Experience managing multiple marketing campaigns with various internal and external stakeholders and diverse target audiences required. · Experience working closely with external clients to understand their requirements and transform those into compelling and successful campaign plans that deliver RoI across the board. · Experience running an events programme across multiple dates and locations, both event delivery and delegate acquisition, a must-have. · Demonstrable understanding of using intent data and other types of audience insight to create and segment target audiences essential. · Practical knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools (pardot, hubspot, marketing cloud etc). · A self-starter with an ability to manage workload and adapt get things done. · Knowledge of the HR market in the UK and USA desirable. · Suitable for someone with experience working across accounts agency-side, or working for an organisation with multiple brands and tight deadlines. Full time Salary c.£40,000 pa Location Welwyn Garden City – hybrid role with remote working and 1-2 days per week in the Welwyn Garden City office.
