Shift Patterns: Inpatient areas: 07:00 - 19:30 or 19:00 - 07:30, including weekends and bank holidays. Your Daily Duties Will Include: Personal Care: Supporting patients with hygiene, food, comfort, and overall reassurance, ensuring their safety and dignity. Mobility Support: Helping patients move around safely, contributing to their comfort and wellbeing. Patient-Centred Care: Learning about individual patient needs and providing tailored support. Clinical Environment Maintenance: Ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive space for patients and staff alike. Communication: Interacting with patients and families to offer reassurance and updates. Stock Management: Keeping track of supplies and linen to ensure everything is readily available. Contributing to Patient Assessment: Assisting in recording height, weight, BMI, and other key data to inform the care plan. Specimen Collection: Helping take specimens for testing as needed. Accurate Documentation: Contributing to clear and concise paper and electronic patient records.
