About the role We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team at Rosenfield Health Tech here in the UK. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving new business sales and expanding our market presence within the UK healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and developing relationships with new and existing end-user customers and partners, to uncover potential opportunities for our products to solve our customer's challenges. Experience in selling clinical system solutions to the NHS essential. Experience in diagnostic PACS technology is a distinct advantage. You will have a demonstrable track record of successfully articulating and subsequently selling solutions up to 'C' Level. This role requires the flexibility for regular national travel across the UK. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives within the NHS and other healthcare organisations. • Identify and engage key decision-makers and stakeholders within the NHS to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that address their requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for upselling additional products and services. • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment with market trends and customer demands. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding how Rosenfield's solutions can effectively improve their operations and enhance patient outcomes. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead. • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and forecast projections to senior management. Discover, qualify and develop opportunities for solutions sales in the UK healthcare market. • Motivate internal and external resources to focus on desired business outcomes. Manage, escalate and resolve technical or contractual issues. • Develop effective prospecting strategies to target new customers to identify needs and areas where our solutions can provide value. • Leverage existing customers and use reference sites to support the campaign to bring in new named businesses. • Maintain awareness of the industry sector and technological advances. Experience and Competencies • 5-7 years track record in solution sales, preferably within the healthcare technology sector, with a strong emphasis on selling to the NHS. • Proven ability to engage at C level with a demonstrable track record of Sales success. Ability to develop and leverage existing relationships with NHS trusts, ICSs, ICBs and Imaging Networks with both clinical and technical stakeholders. • Clear understanding and/or in-depth knowledge of clinical systems and healthcare IT solutions, particularly related to radiology and PACS technology, is highly desirable. A genuine interest and technical curiosity for software in the healthcare sector (ours and others). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey complex technical information. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, demonstrated through successful sales strategies and account management practices. • As a self-starter / self-motivator, the candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a growing collaborative team, with a results-driven and customer-centric approach. • Excellent listening, written and communication skills. Proven ability to present effectively at board level. • Degree qualified or equivalent Competitive Salary and Sales Commission offered.
