If your answer is yes, we have the perfect role for you We are looking to recruit full time Social Workers to join our 16 Independence Service and help play a key role in achieving positive outcomes for children in care (aged 16 ) and care leavers in Lambeth About the role You will provide high quality statutory social work services to children, young people and their families/carers to ensure they live in an environment which safeguards and promotes their welfare. About you As a qualified Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where your practice will be allowed to flourish. You will contribute to achieving positive outcomes for our children and young people. Working as part of one our our small, friendly teams you will have a manageable caseload, and access to the support of our Advanced Practitioner as well as an approachable management team.
