We are currently seeking a Male SEN Teaching Assistant / Tutor to provide 1:1 support for a student undertaking a specialist construction training programme. About the Role: This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to support a student with special educational needs as they take part in a hands-on, vocational construction course. You will play a key role in offering tailored academic and emotional support, helping the student stay engaged, confident, and able to make the most of their learning experience in a practical environment. What Were Looking For: Experience supporting students with SEN, ideally in a 1:1 setting A patient, supportive, and proactive approach to behaviour and learning An interest in or basic understanding of the construction industry is desirable A commitment to helping young people succeed in alternative education pathways Male applicants only, due to specific student needs This is a part-time position, working three days per week from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a daily rate of £100. There is flexibility with the working days, and the schedule can be arranged to suit the successful candidates availability.
