Executive Customer Service Advisor
Our client is looking for an executive customer service advisor located Watford, to join a busy department with great incentives and fun place to work.
You will be supporting operation / customer function and duties includes, speaking customers, providing advising, reviewing customer accounts, accessing any risk, liaising with others department to support customer enquiries, following company processes, supporting the team and meting targets, day to day administration duties.
We are seeking for someone with strong communication skills, people skills, decision making, problem solving organised, quick learner and IT Skills.
You package £26k to £29k depending on experience, permanent, full time, great training and development, free parking, hybrid work and great benefits.
