We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Mental Health Practitioner, on a 12 month fixed term basis, to join our newly established Sexual Abuse and Assault Pathway in North Staffordshire. This role is to work exclusively in the Sexual Assault services pathway provided by North Staffordshire combined NHS Trust, Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, VCSE (Survive and Woman's aid) and Staffordshire police crime commissioner. Band 6 £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, full time 37.5 hours per week. Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for working in an identified Sexual assault and abuse community mental health pathway, with the flexibility of working across pathways, dependent on skill and service need. Delivering a high-quality clinical service to service users and their families. The post holder will be responsible for undertaking clinical assessments, in accordance with the clinical pathway, in order to establish the person's needs, goals, risks and strengths in order to generate a formulation-based care plan agreed with all involved. The post holder will also be expected to be available for consultation, support and clinical supervision to other health professionals working within the Community Mental Health Pathway Service and other areas of the Trust where identified as appropriate.
