A friendly and dynamic work environment with free parking on-site. Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves providing back-office administrative support to two mortgage advisors/business development staff. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process mortgage applications and related documentation Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth processing of mortgage applications Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to mortgage applications Schedule appointments and manage calendars for mortgage advisors Conduct initial assessments of client documents to ensure completeness Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements Provide general administrative support to the mortgage advisors and business development staff Requirements: Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry, a degree in the relevant industry will be considered too Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and accuracy Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
