Position Overview
The position will involve providing support for our clients, Financial Planners, Paraplanners and the Operations Director.
Thorough computer skills are essential and in particular a working knowledge of provider platforms is essential and use of Intelligent Office back office system would be desirable.
Initial Areas of Responsibility
* Sending and chasing Letters of Authority
* Processing and submitting all business applications and chasing through to completion
* Processing and submitting Withdrawals, Top Ups, Switches and Bed and ISAs, chasing through to completion
* Produce paperwork including portfolio valuations in advance of client annual review meetings including the Annual Review Suitability Letter following the Annual Review
* General administration including meeting and greeting clients, parking management, mailshots, incoming/outgoing post
* Being first point of contact for clients

* Generous Basic Salary between £26k to £30k
