ROLE PURPOSE
The role of Account Executive is integral to our internal sales operations. The role provides crucial support to the EV Specialist team within our appointed representative, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to our customers providing the information and service they need to make informed decisions.
This is a high-volume, office-based position that requires a strong commitment to customer care and meeting and exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
Working in a fast-paced environment, daily performance is judged on efficiency, accuracy, service orientation compliance, out-put and follow up.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supporting Leasing Consultants Support EV Specialist with responding to customer enquiries and requests for information and quotations.
* Ensure prompt, courteous, professional, and accurate responses.
* Manage a high volume of enquiries, typically handling 10-30 requests per day, with 2-3 quotations per 2-3 vehicles, per enquiry.
* Follow clear and concise instructions from EV Specialist to ensure the right information is provided to the customer to make an informed purchase decision.
* Prepare and deliver quotations for customer vehicle leasing, including lead times and pricing information.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Research market for best discount, strongest funder (multiple or single funder involved), mileage, extras.
