As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, setting a positive example for your colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage cash processes and monitor stock integrity
* Lead and inspire the team to fulfill their potential every day
* Check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs
* Provide excellent customer service and help with customer queries
